Hereafter, the customer is referred to as "you", who may be the actual person and/or the company who is submitting the job order. Any and all materials including but not limited to, graphics, photographs, logos, text, software, or other materials sent to eDigitalPrinting.com by you is presumed by eDigitalPrinting.com that you have followed the appropriate copyright laws regarding trademarks, and service marks in obtaining such materials. Therefore, by sending eDigitalPrinting.com such materials you have given eDigitalPrinting.com legal authorization in reprinting or duplicating these materials.

eDigitalPrinting.com does not assume any liability for files sent and/or received via online or hardware (CDs, DVDs etc.) that might be lost and/or damaged by us or by a shipping company, including any loss or damages to the hardware itself.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages which may result from any mistake, omission, virus, delay in operation, interruption or service, or failure to performance, whether or not resulting from an Act of God, communications failure, theft, or unauthorized access to our records or the site itself.
Turnaround Time
eDigitalPrinting.com will do everything possible within it’s power to complete your job in a professional and timely manner as per your selected production turnaround time. Rush turnaround times of 24 to 48 hours are available on most products. Most jobs are completed after your final approval is given, within 3 to 5 business days. However, eDigitalPrinting.com does not guarantee the actual time required to complete your job.
Canceling your Order
You may cancel your order, but your order cancellation must be faxed or emailed to us. Your $25 deposit on your order is non-refundable. Once your order Form 1 (OF1) has been approved then you are responsible for the entire balance. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience. eDigitalPrinting.com
