What shipping options are available?

Edigitalprinting.com offers shipping via Federal Express or UPS anywhere in the continental United States. The following is a description of the each delivery option available:

Do you offer shipping to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we do. We use the United States Postal Service when shipping to a P.O. Box address. Simply provide us with the P.O. Box address when filling out the shipping information section of your order form.

May I pick up my order?

You may pick up your order at our warehouse between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

May I change the shipping information after I approve an order?

You may contact us at 305-378-2325 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding shipping. We can provide you with a new shipping quote and make changes to the shipping information before you approve your order.

Can I track my order?

If you provided your email address when placing your order, we will send you an email notifying you with the shipper’s tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We provide this information to you once the order has shipped.

Changes to your order?

We’re sorry, changes in order information can not be done once you approve your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it.
